Adaptive Solutions operates an internal Helpdesk for our clients. Clients reach our Helpdesk via phone or email. Our Helpdesk is manned by qualified systems engineers, and client issues are often resolved by this first line of support. Adaptive Solutions offers both on-site and remote support (assuming that a network has been configured for remote support). Support is offered over extended business hours depend on the client requirement. Our engineer to client ratio ensures resource availability to address business critical network issues.

Adaptive Solutions signs Channel Partnership Agreement with Intrapower

Adaptive Solutions has announced that it has signed a Channel Partnership Agreement with Intrapower, who is a provider of premium IP protocol based professional services and products.  Adaptive Solutions will sell, service and support its full line of Internet services including ADSL, SHDSL, Frame Relay and other connectivity services. This agreement allows Adaptive Solutions to supply its clients with a feature rich product suite at cost effective pricing.
